Sometimes the best tips are the little ones.  I have a great dual monitor set up in my office, yet when I move between Mail, Calendar and Tasks in Outlook, I often resort to toggling back and forth which is inefficient and annoying.

URL Shrinkage

Shrinkage.  Sometimes it’s a good thing.
Ever wanted to send a link to something only to find when you copied the URL and pasted it into your email that it was 400 characters long and ended with riverrun?
For example, here is the link to a book on Amazon:
